Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Matchless Web Studio LLC for using BTC DCA Engine. The short version: use it to learn, don't treat it as advice, and Pro renews until you cancel.
1. Who we are, and what you're agreeing to
BTC DCA Engine (the “Service”) is operated by Matchless Web Studio LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company organized in the State of Mississippi, United States.
By using the Service, creating an account, or subscribing to Pro, you agree to these Terms, to the Privacy, and to the Disclaimer, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service is a simulator, not advice
The Service models how a schedule of purchases would have performed against historical prices. It does not predict the future and it is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. This point is important enough that it has its own page: please read the Disclaimer in full. Nothing in these Terms limits or qualifies it.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using the Service you represent that you are, that you are not barred from using it under the laws of your jurisdiction, and that any information you give us is accurate.
4. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide a valid email address, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly at support@btcdcaengine.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Accounts are personal to one individual. Do not share credentials or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under it. We may suspend or terminate an account that is being used abusively, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms.
5. Free and Pro
The Service is offered in tiers. What each includes is described on the site and may change as the product develops:
- Without an account — a single simulation on Bitcoin.
- Through the agent endpoint — an AI assistant can run simulations at
/mcpwithout an account, with the Free account's assets and plan count, up to a published number of simulations per address per day. With an API key from your account, or by signing in to your account from the assistant, the assistant gets your plan's assets, plan count and overlays, and a larger daily allowance counted per key or per account rather than per address. A key is yours to keep private, and an assistant you allow acts as you; anything done either way is done as you. - Free account — two simulations at a time, plus Ethereum, Solana, XRP, the S&P 500, Gold and the Nasdaq 100, Fear & Greed and trade regret.
- Pro — every asset, five simulations at a time, and all overlays including Smart DCA, the Mayer Multiple, risk metrics, lump-sum comparison and inflation adjustment.
We may add, change or remove features. If we materially reduce what Pro includes, we will give you notice by email before it takes effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel under the section below.
6. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds
Price. Pro costs $9 per month or $79 per year in U.S. dollars, plus any tax we are required to collect. The price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your first term.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, and you confirm you are permitted to use it.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will email you a receipt for each payment.
Canceling. You may cancel at any time, for any reason, from Account → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end your current period. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account reverts to Free. Your data and account are not deleted by canceling. If you want the account itself deleted, cancel first and then use Account → Delete account; see the Privacy Policy.
Refunds. Except where the law of your jurisdiction requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial or prorated refunds for unused time, for a period you cancel part-way through, or for periods in which you did not use the Service. You keep the access you paid for until it expires.
Price changes. We may change the price of Pro. We will email you before a new price applies to a renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect if you do not wish to pay it. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it over a short period. If it ultimately fails, the subscription is canceled and the account reverts to Free. You can restore Pro at any time by subscribing again.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank rather than contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is resolved. Please email support@btcdcaengine.com first — most problems are faster to fix directly.
Taxes. Prices exclude tax unless stated. Where we are obliged to collect sales tax, VAT or an equivalent, it is added at checkout.
7. Acceptable use
Use the Service for your own research and education. You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest or bulk-export the price history, market metrics or other data sets, or use the Service to build a competing data product;
- resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute access, or share an account with others;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with tier limits, authentication, rate limits or any other technical restriction, including the daily limit on the agent endpoint;
- access the Service by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on it. Automated access through our agent endpoint at
/mcp, within the limits it states in its own responses, is permitted; - reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of any part of the Service not published as source;
- use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or present its output to third parties as personalized financial advice.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, engine, design, text, layout, logos and the BTC DCA Engine name — is owned by Matchless Web Studio LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial research.
You may share screenshots and cite results with attribution. Underlying market data remains the property of its respective providers and is used subject to their terms.
9. Third-party data and services
The Service depends on third parties for market data, authentication, payments, email and hosting. Their data and availability are outside our control. Third-party data is provided “as is”, may be delayed, revised or wrong, and we do not warrant it. The current list is in the Privacy Policy.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, reliability or uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that results will be accurate, or that it will be available at any particular time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matchless Web Studio LLC is not liable for any investment loss, missed gain, trading loss or tax consequence arising from your use of the Service or reliance on anything it displays. Financial decisions are yours alone.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption or loss of goodwill, whether in contract, tort or any other theory, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent that jurisdiction permits.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matchless Web Studio LLC and its members, officers and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any financial decision you or someone relying on you makes.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account under the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use exposes us or other users to risk or liability, or if we discontinue the Service.
If we terminate your paid subscription other than for your breach, we will refund the unused portion of the period you have paid for. Sections 2 and 8 through 15 survive termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mississippi for any dispute that reaches a court.
Please talk to us first. If something goes wrong, email support@btcdcaengine.com with a description of the problem. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before either side starts formal proceedings. Most issues never need to get further than an email.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
